<p>Justina is a versatile lawyer who keep the strategic objectives of the client at the forefront of the legal process. Her experience includes acting in high-stakes cases relating to liability, both contractual and extracontractual, unfair competition, securities litigation and business law, as well as professional liability. She has a particular strength in contract and legislative interpretation, understanding the questions thoroughly to provide sound advice to clients.<br />
Justina practiced litigation at a national law firm as a student and then as a lawyer for five years before joining Woods. Prior to her legal studies, she obtained a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.<br />
She has experience in cases involving aspects of private international law, whether it be in the management of multi-jurisdictional files or that have a particular aspect of international law, such as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in Quebec.</p>
