Caroline Biron and Marie-Louise Delisle Named to Benchmark’s Top 100 Women in Litigation in Canada

A review of recent significant litigation matters, and a collection of feedback from clients and peers led to this publication, which celebrates leading women in litigation.
Caroline is being recognized as one of Canada’s Top Women in Litigation for the fourth consecutive year. She has successfully led complex proceedings from inception through trial and appeals, including before the Supreme Court of Canada. She focuses on complex and high-stakes commercial and corporate litigation of all types, including contractual, transactional and investment disputes, civil fraud, professional liability (including for directors and officers) shareholder disputes and class actions. Marie-Louise makes her debut appearance in Benchmark’s Top 100 Women in Canada. Marie-Louise Delisle has 20 years of experience dealing with high-end commercial litigation matters in addition to handling matters relating to injunctions. She is involved in several major cases, more specifically in disputes relating to securities, PPP, class actions, and professional liability, including that of accountants and stockbrokers.
